Cooperation Process and Duration

For example, a customer's original sample 1 (using a basic model without special accessories, no custom yarn required, 3 colors, 4 sizes, 3000 pieces as an example) arrives at our company → quotation → once the customer accepts the price range, sampling can be arranged (1 garment sample + 2 pieces of color swatch fabric, charging a sample fee of $30/piece, requiring 3-5 days) → modify the sample according to customer requirements (requiring 3-5 days, if no issues, skip this step) → confirm the order and arrange production (charging a deposit of 30%, the entire production process requires 35 days) → upon customer inspection with no issues, goods can be shipped (shipping after receiving the remaining 70% of the payment).

Regarding Sample Fees: Pre-charged at $30/piece, if the customer confirms the order, the fee will be deducted from the final payment of the goods; if the customer does not proceed with production, the sample fee will not be refunded.
